This sessions includes a short meditation, healing and self reflection session to help you bring forth, heal and let go of any distortions that is keeping you stuck in old outdated 3d structures and self-sabotage.
Heart & Soul Alignment
Learn a few easy ways to get into better heart and soul alignment, unlock what your heart and soul really wants to express and co-create with the universe and world around you.
Support Circle & Chat
The second half of the sessions includes a support circle of connection, self reflection and sharing with like minded souls.
